Learner's License (LL)
- Validity: 6 Months from issue date
- Eligibility: 18+ years (16+ for gearless < 50cc)
- Process: Completely Faceless/Online test in most states
- Prerequisite: Aadhaar Authentication recommended
Permanent DL
- Eligibility: Apply after 30 days of getting LL
- Requirement: Practical driving test at designated RTO track
- Validity: 20 years or up to 40 years of age
- Format: Smart Card DL dispatched via Speed Post
